As part of empowering Skill and learning in the field of Financial Service, this program facilitates entry of a student and professional into Asset Management Business. Anybody aspiring to engage with Mutual Fund Industry in capacity either  as an employee or as a financial  advisor needs       to clear NISM VA – Mutual fund Distributor module to fulfill the Regulatory criterion. This Module is must for anybody willing to  associate  with  Mutual fund/ Capital marker or with any financial intermediary.

Program Details :—-

The program for  Mutual Fund  Industry  will follow the  curriculum as prescribed by Industry Regulator SEBI through NISM – National Institute of Security Market.  The participant will be provided with 2 days class room engagement on subject and on line learning material for practice and revision as part of preparation. We will provide candidate  with  study material, Sample question and answer and  verbal  guidance.  Candidate  will be further supported through online and off line mock test.

Following the program participant will appear for NISM VA module of  examination by NISM. The NISM VA-examination is conducted in an on line format for 100 marks and in MCQ objective assessment format. The  successful candidate  will be  awarded with  NISM – VA certification   which makes one Industry ready on all counts.

  2. Fund Structure and Constituent.
  3. Legal and regulatory Environment.
  4. Offer Document
  5. Fund Distribution and Channel Management Practice.
  6. Accounting Valuation and Taxation

Program Curriculum: —   Day – 2:–

  1. Investor Services
  2. Return, Risk and performance of Fund.
  3. Scheme Selection.
  4. Selecting the Right Investment Product.
  5. Helping Investor with Financial Planning.
  6. Recommending Model Portfolio and Financial Plans.

Fee:–

The course fee is negotiable based on the Number of participant and quality of the Participant. Our Usual batch size is of 35 to 40.
